  2. Cash or Check - parents can send a check made out to: Atlantic Community School District. Payments can be taken to the school secretary daily at each school. No money will be taken in the lunch room. It will be deposited & recorded on a daily basis.
  3. Family Accounts - Money is placed in a family account and electronically deducted for each lunch, breakfast or a la carte item purchased. The computer automatically knows the status of the students eligible for free/reduced meals and charges the account accordingly. If there is no money in the account and the student is not eligible for free meals, the purchase is charged and the student must pay off the negative balance.

If a family account balance goes over the approved limit - the child(ren) will be given an alternate meal consisting of a peanut butter sandwich and milk until their account is caught up. No ala cart items will be allowed and the child(ren) will be denied these items.
